While we have looked up to Kızılay's brand vision dating back, we have been taking firm steps to access each segment of the society providing health services in medical centers and hospitals and to form a structure that can respond to the demands of the society, to follow and implement the developments in health closely.
Since 2010, 'improving the service quality of hospitals and medical centers and ensuring their continuous development' has been set as a strategic goal for Kızılay. In the following period, forming of a new structure in order to ensure that the health centers within Kızılay provide more effective services was decided, and thus Kızılay Health was born in 2019.
As Kızılay Health, we offer modern health services in 3 hospitals and 2 medical centers throughout Turkey with the power we have received from the Turkish Kızılay, which we are affiliated with, the experience we have, and the eternal trust of our people.
We have implemented Kızılay Home Care Services since 2021. We offer our patients the highest level of service they receive in our hospitals and medical centers without separating them from their comfort areas and without compromising our quality. Our expert staff and experienced staff work to provide health and care services to our patients at home.

For our patients to comply with the rules and practices of our hospital,
To act in accordance with the rules in uncomfortable situations such as noise, visitors, smoke
To be sensitive about all the measures recommended to prevent the spread of infectious diseases,
To comply with the rules of the visit, to comply with the date and time of the appointment and to notify the relevant department of the changes,
To inform their physicians about their health in a complete and accurate way,
To visit for control within the periods determined by the physician,
Responsibilities that are necessary for social life are present for our patients, such as not engaging in behavior of verbally and physically assaulting employees.
Our patients are responsible for paying for the examination and treatment costs.
